This equipment is capable of processing uniformly-sized feedstock like rice husk, palm kernel shell, coconut shell, almond shell, etc., and consuming 2.5t/h feedstock in maximum for a single equipment, featuring good quality of biochar generated.
Introduction on Technical Process
The biomass feedstock is sent to the gaisfier intermittently through the feed system to have pyrolysis and gasification reaction witht he air enterting from the top. The energy generated can help maintain the stable reaction within the gasifier and turn the feedstock into biogas and biochar in an efficient way. The biogas will be sent from the bottom of the gasifier to the cyclone separator for dedusting through the induced draft fan, and then to the boiler for combustion. The biochar generated will fall into the buffer tank through the grate and be discharged through the water-cooling srew conveyor installed at the bottom of the gasifier.
Main Parameters
Feedstock input: ≤2.5t/h
Syngas output: ≤3,800Nm3/h
Max. saturated steam output of single unit: 6t/h
Max. power generation for each unit: 1.5MW
Feedstock Applicable
Homogeneous biomass with fine flowability like rice husk, palm kernel shell, coconut shell, almond shell
Particle size: 1~3cm

Application
Alternative to natural gas, coal and other fossil fuels to supply steam, heat and power for energy-using enterprises such as chemical plant, printing and dyeing mill, package plant, wood-working factory, smelting plant and foodstuffs factory; the biochar can be made into high-value products like activated carbon, machine-made carbon, carbon-based fertilizer, thermal insulation material, and capacitor carbon/silicon-carbon black
