Founded in 2008, Hefei Debo Bioenergy Technology Co., Ltd. has forged ahead for eighteen years. Eighteen years is long enough for a seed to grow into a towering tree. Deeply engaged in high-value biomass gasification utilization, Debo started from fledgling fundamental research and expanded into large-scale engineering practices.

Debo’s growth trajectory mirrors the advancement of biomass gasification technology in China. The company has developed three core technological routes adaptable to a wide range of raw materials. Its complete equipment delivers closed-loop clean operation free of tar, wastewater and odors. Equipped with self-developed intelligent central control systems, the whole workflow from raw material feeding to finished product output is precisely automated. A single unit achieves a processing capacity of 40 tons per hour, guaranteeing stable and reliable industrial-grade operation.
Supported by robust technical strength, Debo has pioneered a polygeneration system for electricity, heating, cooling, biochar and biochar-based fertilizer. Customizable high-value products including electricity, steam, biochar and biochar fertilizer can be manufactured according to client demands. More importantly, Debo has developed an innovative model integrating bio-gas with fossil energy. By retrofitting existing boilers and kilns, our solutions effectively replace fossil fuels and drive green low-carbon upgrading for energy-intensive industries such as steel and chemical manufacturing.
Leading Industry Standards to Break Technical Barriers
Debo never ceases its pursuit of technological breakthroughs. Leveraging state-of-the-art gasification technologies including dual circulating fluidized and pure oxygen fluidized bed processes, our facilities stably produce high-quality syngas using loose agricultural and forestry residues, laying a solid foundation for ten-thousand-ton industrialized production of green methanol and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF).
From technology follower to industry pacesetter, Debo has earned authoritative industry discourse power. Partnering with academician teams, we have conquered core bottlenecks in tar removal and gas purification, and led the compilation of four industrial standards. To date, Debo holds over 180 independent intellectual property rights, and has obtained ISO and HSE system certifications, as well as international accreditations including EU CE and REACH plus ISCC (International Sustainability & Carbon Certification). Our technologies are listed in the National Catalogue of Advanced Clean Production Technologies and the National Catalogue of the First Set of Major Technical Equipment in the Energy Sector.
