A delegation from the National Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and relevant governmental leaders from Anhui Province conducted an inspection at Debo's project jobsite in Hefei City, Anhui Province on Oct 26, 2024, aiming to have a better understanding of the economic, environmental, and social benefits delivered by Debo through biomass gasification technology and thus provide strong support for the nationwide development on high-value utilization of agricultural and forestry waste as well as the bioenergy industry.

Li Xiang, Director of the Energy and Ecology Division of the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, said at the symposium that he was very impressed by Debo's straw gasification project. Debo has made a difference by delivering good economic benefits without relying on governmental subsidies, and solved the tar problem. The project has set an example for the high-value utilization of agricultural waste and the development of the bioenergy industry in China. He encouraged Debo to continue to increase its R&D investment, promote the further upgrading and industrial application of biomass gasification technology, and make greater contributions to the sustainable development of agriculture and ecological civilization.
