The project has been put into service in 2024. A set of 12000 Nm³/h fixed-bed carbon-producing gasifier, a set of 17000 Nm³/h fixed-bed non-carbon-producing gasifier, a 30t/h biomass gas boiler, and a series of exhaust gas treatment equipment and auxiliary systems have been employed for this project. The biomass feedstock is wood scraps. It is estimated that the annual steam output is 216,000t (the instantaneous maximum steam supply is 30t/h), with the steam temperature as 190~220℃. The fuel consumption is about 9.4t/h (carbon production), and the biochar output is about 724kg/h, which can be sold to make other high-value carbon products. There is no emissions of tar, sewage or ash for the entire system.
