2024 Conference on Green Low-carbon High-quality Development of Power Industry & Technology Symposium on "Three Upgradings" of Thermal Power Generation Set was held by China Machinery Industry Federation and the Power Generation Equipment Center for Machinery Industry on Aug 29, 2024. Debo has been invited to present its proposal and philosophy in this regard.

The conference, themed "low-carbon-oriented, innovation-driven, and equipment-supported path for all to be benefited", has dived into the topic how to transition to the green low-carbon approach for the power industry in the context of fast growing renewable energy.

Mr Lu Wanbao, vice president of Debo has delivered an impressive speech on the Technology of Biomass Gasification Blending with fossil fuel for Power Generation and Its Commercialization. Lu has elaborated on the prospect of biomass gasification application and the economic and environment benefits it can bring us from several perspectives such as biomass gasification for poly-generation, biomass gasification blending with fossil fuel, green chemical engineering. The highlight was the biomass gasification blending with fossil fuel for power generation at scale, which was an innovative way to replace part of the fossil fuel and accelerate the energy transition. It aligned with the "three upgradings" of the thermal power generation set.
