This project is carried out in two phases in 2024. The phase I project are mainly for two systems, namely, the adiabatic hot blast stove and the hot water boiler of the drying system. The heating capacity of the adiabatic hot-blast stove is 1.7 million kcal /h. The hot flue gas is used as hot air which is 600~800℃. The rated power of hot water boiler is 1x7.1MW, the water supply pressure is 0.8MPa.g, the water supply temperature is 140℃, and the backwater temperature is 80~100℃. The phase II project uses a set of adiabatic hot-blast stove with drying system. The heating capacity of the adiabatic hot-blast stove is 1,700,000 kcal /h, and high-temperature flue gas is used as hot air. The temperature of hot air is 600~800℃. The distillers’ grains have been used as feedstock for the updraft fixed bed gasifier to generate biogas with the nominal gas output as 7000Nm³/h.
